Hi
I registered for an EE perks account, I received the verification email on my work email. Since then it will not let me log in or reset password as email is never sent through.
can you please help?

when I clicked on the link on my work email it took me to the log in page and then said my details were incorrect, when I tried to re set my password it did not send an email to my account so I was going around in circles

You may not able to reset your password until your verification is complete.
Are you entering the same email address and password you used to register?

Yes I’m using the same email and password I used to
register. Is someone able to go into my account and see at what stage it is at, I was on the phone with three different people last night who gave me three different answers, none of them worked

No the message says the login details you provided are invalid in red

Have you tried both your personal and work email addresses?

yes I’ve tried both my personal and work email addresses I have tried resetting the password and nothing is sent to my email, I have exhausted all avenues, is there not a way to re set it from your end? I’m struggling here which avenue to try next
