I just joined the EE network, bought a SIM only with 4 add-ons. The guy in the store said I could choose add-ons on my account, but when I logged in, it turns out I already have selected add-ons, and not the ones I wanted, with no option to change them. How can I exchange them for the ones I want?

I assume you have an all rounder or full works plan. The store should have asked you which add on you want becase you can only change them once every 30 days.
