I have also phoned and was told I would receive on within 48 hours, and haven't.

Hi @LouLou-67
When did you call through to Customer Service about accessing your PERK account?
It's usually 2-3 working days for the account to be reset.
The team will delete your old account giving you the ability to re-register. So it may be worth trying that first in case it's already been processed at our end.
