EE Perks password reset not working,

I am an NHS worker.   I have just upgraded my mobile phone and need my EE Perks code. I am unable to log in or reset   NO email reset being sent to either of my email accounts

I am having the same issue. Created an account and tried to login and it kept saying my username was invalid. Tried a few times to login and then was locked out of account for 24 hours. Then tried to reset my password but never got any email despite trying multiple times. Today I finally got an email to reset the password but when I follow the link and attempt to change the password it says password can’t be changed at this time. Any ideas?

Have you tried requesting a password reset email? 

Did you register using the work or personal email?

I have tried to reset my perks account today and it is still not working !
