EE Perks password reset not working,

I am an NHS worker.   I have just upgraded my mobile phone and need my EE Perks code. I am unable to log in or reset   NO email reset being sent to either of my email accounts

Yes. Have checked both personal and work accounts. No emails in either inbox or junk folders.
