I am generating new discount codes via perk.ee.co.uk and all perks at work and the EE site won't accept any of them.
I have tried it on different contracts and via different devices and browsers (it's not the cookies), colleagues have also tried and it wont work for them either. We have also tried when upgrading and as well as requesting a new line.
Why isn't the EE site accepting discount codes currently? We have been in a shop and they said the codes can only be used online so I am stuck.

@Gazwhereuat Thanks for confirming. If you would like you can send me a private message with your perk code and I can check to confirm it is showing as a valid code in our system to confirm there are no problems there.

Are the plans you are selecting Flex pay plans, with the separate device and airtime plan? Do the plans have any type of discount on them already?
I know you mentioned trying to upgrade and add a line to your account, but if you log out and just try to join as a new customer is the code being recognised in the Got a voucher? section of the basket?
To confirm you can redeem the perk discount on eligible plans when taking the contract over the phone or in store also so I am sorry that was not the case when you visited.

Im selecting a 'Unlimited Full Works' 24 months plan, but iI have tried a few. I was trying to upgrade not add a new line.
A friend has also tried as a new customer and ordering a new sim only contract and it wont accept their codes either.

Do you seen an error message when using your code?
Are you selecting a plan that is already discounted?

I'm getting this message ' Code entered is not applicable with this data plan. Please beware that certain codes aren't applicable if discounts are already applied'. Ive tried this with about 6 different phones and selected different plans each time.
