I am generating new discount codes via perk.ee.co.uk and all perks at work and the EE site won't accept any of them.
I have tried it on different contracts and via different devices and browsers (it's not the cookies), colleagues have also tried and it wont work for them either. We have also tried when upgrading and as well as requesting a new line.
Why isn't the EE site accepting discount codes currently? We have been in a shop and they said the codes can only be used online so I am stuck.

Is this an upgrade or an additional line?
Does 10% multiline discount show in your plan breakdown once in your basket?

It’s an upgrade and no I don’t have 10% multi line discount showing up.

Hi.
I have 2 phones from EE. In one of the number perk code is shown in add on however for my 2nd no I called in 2 days back to get my perk code added on my 2nd no too however it is not shown in add on of that no. Can anyone help?

I am having the same issue currently. I have tried two different codes and neither are working. I've used them in previous years and they've worked fine.
