Hi. I've used EE Perks for quite a few years but I've just tried to use a new code (well several really) and none of them work. Tried ringing on 150 but never can through despite waiting for nearly an hour. They don't answer........any advice please. Thanks

Is this for an additional line on your account?
What plan are you selecting, does it show a discount in your basket?

this would be for an upgrade as i am due one.
I've tried the codes generated to me on all types of plans and every time I get the same outcome. the codes that i put in from EE perks just say invalid code.

Have you tried calling 150 and upgrading over the phone with your discount code?

When I've tried calling 150 I've just been on hold for over 1 hour and not been able to get in touch.

As soon as an agent is available you will be connected.
I would recommend giving us a call and seeing they can apply this for you. If it still shows as an invalid code please come back here and let me know so I can investigate further for you.
