EE Perks Codes Not Working

Hi.  I've used EE Perks for quite a few years but I've just tried to use a new code (well several really) and none of them work. Tried ringing on 150 but never can through despite waiting for nearly an hour. They don't answer........any advice please. Thanks

Error message i get when trying to buy sim only 12 month plan is "Sorry, that voucher’s not valid".

This morning I generated another code and still getting same error message.

Does the plan that you're selecting already have a discount on?

I was looking at plan 'Essential SIM 25GB 12m' which I believe is not discounted (£23 per month / 12month contract).
