EE Perks Code not Working

I have generated a code on EE Perks to get the 20% off code on my upgrade and the code is not working. Can someone please assist?

Please try using the code on a different device or browser, to see if you get the same issue. The code can't be used alongside any other discounts or promotions, so please also make sure you're selecting a deal that isn't already discounted.

Evening, 

I didn't want to make a new thread about something that has recently been posted. I'm having issues with the EE Perk code that I've generated, in fact I've had issues with two codes. I generated one last week in attempt to upgrade and it wasn't having it, the message I had was 'This voucher code is invalid' which I find hard to believe as it's newly been generated. I've contacted EE this evening and they advised me to generate another, in which I've done and the same message comes up. 

There is no discount or promotion on the handset or contract I wish to go with, so I'm very confused to why I have this message coming up. Are you able to assist?

Are you out of contract? Have you selected trade in? Or, do you have any other discounts on the account such a multi line discount?

Thank you for the response. 

I can confirm my contract expires March 2026, but I have the all round plan that allows me to upgrade anytime. Part of this would be me trading in my current phone. 

I have no other discounts on my account, only my current contract with the 20% perk applied, but I assume as i’m upgrading I would require another code for this upgraded contract.

The EE Perk terms advise, 'you cannot get the discount if you are on a plan that includes an annual upgrade benefit' 

If you would like to check if you're account is eligible and get the code looked into, please get in touch with our mobile guides and they can this looked into in more detail for you.
