Samsung Voucher code not working

I received a text message today saying as I got a Samsung s26 pay monthly im eligible for the offer to get Samsung pro3 buds for £1. It gave me a code and said add it to checkout. Everytime I try it says the code is invalid.

Is there anyway to just email or chat to someone without ringing them, just to ask if the code sent is correct.

I can confirm that offer is an EE offer, have you tried checking out on another browser to see if the issue is the same? If the issue remains please give us a call with your voucher number and one of our team will raise a ticket to get this sorted for you.

@Kailey2  this isn’t customer support it’s a community forum.  I believe that promotion is from Samsung so you need to contact them about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have the same issue. Spoke to EE 4x already and have 4 different complaints reference numbers but nobody seems to know what to do. Spent at least 20 min on the phone each time but issue still not resolved. I am starting to think that this promo is a scam.

I am sorry to hear that has been your experience. This was definitely a legitimate offer and the correct process to follow if the voucher code was not recieved  was for the guide to first check if the voucher code was showing in our system to then pass on to you. If not then the guide would fill out a webform to send to our support team to help get the code. 

I am not sure if this was done on the calls you have made, as if not it would be worth getting back in touch to request it is. But if you feel you are not getting support when you call 150, you can submit a complaint to our dedicated team online here.
