I have just signed up for Apple tv was told i get 6 months free but it states only 3 months

Was the Apple TV offer via your mobile plan or Broadband and TV package?
The mobile plan does come with a 3 months free offer which is detailed on our help page. The mobile offer was previously 6 months but this expired on January 22nd and it now is a 3 months offer.
The Apple TV offer with a Broadband and TV package is 6 months and the details for how to claim it are on this help page.

Hi,
I signed up for Apple TV free yesterday evening but accidently cancelled it a hour later. Can EE please reset it for me?
