I've used my EE Perk account before to access the 20% NHS discount with no issues. However, today I have clicked on generate a code to provide this to the agent on the chat who was assisting my with upgrading my contract.
Every time I click on get new code I am presented with a message which states "Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative" despite me having 5 left.
Can anyone help? This issue isn't happening to everyone, there are people in the NHS who I know who have been able to access the code for the discount.

The discount code can't be used alongside other offers. Are you able to choose a plan that isn't already discounted?

Apologies for replying to this thread rather than starting another with the same title & subject...
I've come to the end of my current 24 month SIM only contract with 20% NHS discount via EE Perks which expires on 23/10/24. I've selected a new 100GB SIM only deal with a 100Mb/s speed cap, which as far as I can tell isn't discounted already:
"EE Multi SIM
SIM 100GB | Physical SIM
24 months
£0.00 upfront
£20.00 monthly"
When trying to apply any of the codes generated via EE perks (all of which have an expiry of 16/11/27) I'm getting "Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided." via Safari & Chrome on my Mac and "Code not recognised" via the EE app on iPhone/iOS.
Not sure if this is due to trying to upgrade to early, my choice of browser/OS or if the SIM deal I've chosen is actually discounted and I've not notice.
Any pointers gratefully received!

I have looked at the SIM deal and can confirm this has not already been discounted.
If your code does not work I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team.
Should this need to be escalated the team have access to a webform for EE Perks.

Called customer services earlier. The issue with not being able to use the NHS Perks code to upgrade is due to trying to use it too early. I'm 42 days off of the end of my current 24 month SIM contract. Despite being able to upgrade early, the Perks codes can only be used in the last month/billing period of the 24 month contract. I've set a reminder to retry my upgrade in 14 days or so, which should put me comfortably within the last month.

Are you moving from a phone contract to the SIM Only when trying to use the discount, or are you already on SIM Only?

Quick update on my own situation with EE Perks codes not being accepted via the website:
I;m in the last month of my 24 month SIM only deal with an existing NHS perks discount. Tried upgrading on the website again, EE Perks code failing to be accepted again. Called 150 and spoke to an extremely helpful customer services bod. Perks code went straight in over the phone, so looks to be a customer website issue (at least for my account).
SIM only deal renewed with Perks code applied. Very happy here, with EE’s airtime service and customer services alike 😊
