PAC Code - Retention offers not being processed via the website

I've been offered a SIM only deal offer when I was asking for a PAC code but when I try to accept the offer the website keeps stating there's work being undertaken. The CS people can't access the offer as it's an online only. Any ideas what's going on? Makes me want to go elsewhere now as I've been trying for a day with no success.

@GLENNKING1968 , the PAC code is only for customers moving to another network, so unless you were doing so this would not happen, or at least should not happen if you are already with EE.

Who sent the offer to you?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

When I was on the EE leave website and it asks if I want to move to a new provider, it came up with an offer for a SIM only deal and when i accept it, it then gives me the website is having issues and therefore I cannot add it to the basket.

I called the CS and they don't have access to the offers but it actually states that CS does have access to the offer when it comes up as above.
