Apple Music inclusive extra

I've recently upgraded and took out an all rounder plan and chose Apple Music as my inclusive extra. When I click the link on the text I got to activate I get the 'No subscription through EE' message.

If I text PICK to 150 will I be able to start the process again?

I am sorry to hear you are unable to activate your Apple Music. 

Have you used Apple Music before through EE?

I am having the same issue and I have never had a add on through EE before but when I click the link I get the same as above where it tells me there is no subscription through EE

I just double checked and yes I do have Apple Music showing as an inclusive add on to my contract.

If you're using an iPhone, could you try going into your iPhone Settings, iCloud, then Subscriptions do you have the option for Apple Music?

When I go to subscriptions there’s nothing there, but at the bottom it says EE plan benefits and when I click it, it says your mobile plan does not include any subscriptions to Apple services.
