Discovery+ TNT free sub

I recently moved over to EE on a sim only deal. Included was free subscription to discovery + and TNT sports.

Since subscribing I have recieved no details on how to access it. I am not impressed with EE so far. No email address for making contact. I am very hard of hearing and cannot handle telephone calls. I rely on texts, emails etc for communication. How do I access discovery + and TNT?

Try going to ee.co.uk/TNTSports and see if it let's you activate this here by logging in.

When you log in to your EE account online do you see discovery+ active within your add-ons?

If that is within the 'Manage' area, it has not been working since I joined EE.

The page loops many times then a message appears '

 

This service isn't working right now

I'm sorry this is not working, have you reported this to our technical care team?

Is your discovery+ included as one of your Inclusive Extras?

If yes, have you tried texting PICK to 150?

I have not reported the fault to the technical team because I can't do telephone due to deafness and there is no emai address to contact customer service.

Yes, Discovery+ including TNT Sports was included as a free extra. I selected it when making the order online.

I have not texted PICK to 150 because I have not been given any instructions by EE. I have yet to receive any confirmation of the package I selected and subscribed to.

 

I just tested Pick to 150, and it is telling me that I have already picked my inclusive extra.

I did when making my order online. Sadly, no details on how to use it.

I just wanted to ensure this was active on your account. 

Our customer care team who have account access should be able to get your activation text to you. 

Live Chat can be found in the EE app under 'Help' or our team can be contacted via Text relay services. 

To make a text relay call using the Relay UK service, dial 18001 in front of the following number:

07953 966 150.

Looks like I will have to do that.

Perhaps tomorrow, not done one before.

I just noticed after the system finally allowing me to link my phone / SIM card to my account that EE are taking a £50 deposit on top of my monthly £29 bill.

Why is that? There has been no mention of this at all.
