I recently moved over to EE on a sim only deal. Included was free subscription to discovery + and TNT sports.
Since subscribing I have recieved no details on how to access it. I am not impressed with EE so far. No email address for making contact. I am very hard of hearing and cannot handle telephone calls. I rely on texts, emails etc for communication. How do I access discovery + and TNT?

This could be a deposit for service/roaming with just joining EE.
Please bring this to our customer care teams attention tomorrow, this can be removed.

The fact that I have an add-on of Discovery+ and TNT is now showing in my account.
But....... I have no info on how to access this add-on, no username, no password, nothing.
It says it includes viewing with a big screen IE - a TV, but no information on how to access it.
Just to confirm, I assume I just text 18001 07953 966 150 to use the text relay service?

Try going to ee.co.uk/TNTSports and see if it let's you activate this here by logging in.

Now, why couldn't EE have provided that info to me upon signing up with them?
Very bad service. I just hope that the actual mobile phone service is good.
