Data add on - how can I make sure it’s removed?

I have removed a recurring 2Gb data add on, on my ee app it has been removed but still shows my monthly bill with the extra cost and the data it says I have left now that the month has refreshed still says I have an extra 2Gb data. How can I make sure I will not be charged for extra data this month? I removed this add on before the month refreshed.
