I need to be able to speak to someone about my code history as there has been an issue in applying a code and I can no longer see previous years history.

I am unable to and I get the following error code.

"Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative"

Hi James, is there any response to this, I have already replied.

The Perk discount gives you 20% discount off the monthly line rental for all devices and mobile broadband products with a minimum 12 month plan.

The discount can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Hello I am trying to get a reset password email for my ee perks but I am not getting anything, I have changed roles and do not have access to my old NHS email. I have tried to create a new account with my new NHS email but am unable to because my phone number is connected to the old account. I tried contacting EE and the support person said that she would pass my case onto EE Perks, however it has been 5 days and I have not heard anything.  I am due for an upgrade and I need the code. Can someone please help

Please may I be contacted too. I can log on to EE perks but need to revalidate and don't have access to the email any longer so wanted to upload my ID card instead?

Hi,

 

I need to sign into my ee perks but I don’t remember my password.

when I click reset password I don’t get an email through? 

It is the same email address I registered with as I can see previous emails from ee perks

I’ve been trying to contact perks regarding resetting my email address for perks and it won’t work. It also won’t let me post. I have no means of contacting, could someone pls get in touch?
