Hi I have upgraded my EE phone yesterday and choose the Google pixel 6a WITH A FREE FITBIT VERSA 4.   But up unti now I haven't receive any instruction on how I can claim the Smartwatch & no details about the delivery of my order

It shows the date, product and retailer on there. You can submit your claim and upload that document on the Google Promo rewards website.

If you need to, you can request a 'proof of purchase' document from our Mobile Care team, which will have all of the order information.
