Changes in All rounder and Full works plan

Hello,

EE changed the benefits of the All-rounder and Full Works plans. They added something new and reduced some benefits. For example, you don't get 3 smart benefits in Full Works anymore.

For all rounder unlimited- A free watch plan and roaming in the EU  but as smart benefit only netflix basic with advert/google one 2TB.

For full works for Android- Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit netflix premium/ Google AI premium/TNT sports

For full works for iphone-  Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit TNT sports/apple one.

Are these changes good?

One of the agents advised me I still need to pay the £2.49 per day with the All Rounder in EU, which I don't think is right. When I questioned he hung up. (after spending 90 minutes already on the phone

I think he was trying to get me to upgrade to Full Works which is the only package apparently that doesn't carry any roaming charges

Our Full Works, All Rounder and Essentials Plus plans feature EU roaming as standard, no add-on required. 

Full Works is the only plan that features the extra 5 destinations outside of the EU, though.

This is the case for all FlexPay plans since 29/8/24, and standard 24 month contracts from 10/9/24.

The new all rounder and full works came into effect from 29 August but you are saying regular standard contract from 10 September.

The new plans came into effect for FlexPlay on the 29th of August, whilst they didn't change on traditional 24 month contracts until the 10th of September. 

The terms outlined on the link I shared above will be what customers agreed to when taking out their plan, and you can find the terms of previous plans taken on earlier dates on the same page too.

My question is does the anytime upgrade still come with these plans full works and all rounder as I’m told it’s no longer available and when I upgraded I was told it does so confused

@bazza12 It will depend on when it was that you took out your most recent upgrade. 

Between 17th August 2022 and 28th August 2024, Upgrade Anytime was available to new and upgrading customers taking a 24-month All Rounder or Full Works plan on eligible devices, as well as existing customers on a 24-month 8GB, 20GB, 60GB or 100GB 4GEE Max plan.

If you get in touch with our customer care team, they'll be able to check your account and confirm your plan along with what's included.
