Hello,
EE changed the benefits of the All-rounder and Full Works plans. They added something new and reduced some benefits. For example, you don't get 3 smart benefits in Full Works anymore.
For all rounder unlimited- A free watch plan and roaming in the EU but as smart benefit only netflix basic with advert/google one 2TB.
For full works for Android- Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit netflix premium/ Google AI premium/TNT sports
For full works for iphone- Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit TNT sports/apple one.
Are these changes good?

Hi @Christopher_G ,
I took it out online, using the My EE APP. I only did it this morning (17/10/24), I wasn't sure whether I should wait so see if it might take few days to transfer across.
I assume id just be best of calling to make sure its done?
Thanks
Gary

Yeah, maybe give it 24 hours, @GaryB91
You probably will need to call, just to make sure you're not continuing to be charged the £7 plan going forward.

Turns out this is total garbage as you're now messaging me to say you're changing roaming terms, despite me never agreeing to a change of the contract.
Instead of spinning platitudes, try giving out correct information.

Can anyone tell me what “Roaming and Beyond”, with a particular focus on “Beyond” means please? Before anyone tries to educate, I know what roaming is, I travel regularly with work and would like to know the Beyond Part.
many thanks

Hi,
I have an Apple Watch Ultra without an eSim. I’m looking at the full works plan for iPhone which says I can have unlimited watch data. Does it mean I’d get an eSIM for my watch included in this plan or I have to purchase an Apple Watch plan separately and then having unlimited data when purchase the plan?
Im sorry but I feel the wording is a bit confusing in the plan details.
thanks,
Gabor

Hi @looky
Welcome back to the Community!
We want to make sure you know exactly what you're getting when you sign up for your new plan, so I will make sure your feedback is passed on.
The Full Works plan includes the data for your watch, so you wouldn't need to worry about buying a seperate plan for this 🙂

Thanks Rach, I thought the same. I called EE yesterday and talked to a representative. She said I need to purchase an eSIM for my Apple Watch separately, apparently agreed with her supervisor, which gives me 4GB of data and this plan top up it to unlimited. This wasn’t the first time when I got different information on phone.
Once I phoned them and asked for an eSIM to my watch and the lady said it’s £30/month as the £7 deal was gone.
Would it be possible that everyone within EE telling the right information?
Appreciate you comment Rach

When I added my watch to my full works plan a few months ago, I just added via my phone (without WiFi) and the landing page already said it was £7 unless you’re on a full works plan which would be free. I continued and it added right away. About 3 hours later I got a text to say my discount had been added. Hope that helps.
