Hello,
EE changed the benefits of the All-rounder and Full Works plans. They added something new and reduced some benefits. For example, you don't get 3 smart benefits in Full Works anymore.
For all rounder unlimited- A free watch plan and roaming in the EU but as smart benefit only netflix basic with advert/google one 2TB.
For full works for Android- Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit netflix premium/ Google AI premium/TNT sports
For full works for iphone- Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit TNT sports/apple one.
Are these changes good?

@bazza12 Whilst your plan won't change until your new phone is dispatched, all the iPhone pre-orders will be on our new price plans, so these do not include upgrade anytime.

Eventually got there in the end (although I have to add the apple tv on muself as the extra) and I believe the order was placed but still no confirmation????

Ok shame as I was told on the phone I will be able to upgrade next year on anytime so I’ve been missold the plan

I "THINK" we got there in the end ( 3 hours on the phone) I believe the order was placed but still no confirmation via text or email.
Without waiting for another hour on the phone how would I check this

@Peter_W How do I check if my order was placed successfully?
I have had no confirmation after the 2nd agent I spoke to clarified the all rounder package and placed the order, I have not been gien any order number either but approved the basket while on the phone to the agent

Thanks for keeping us updated.
If you had to approve the basket, that would usually be the last step before the guide completed the order, so I would imagine it has gone through. The only way to check for sure would be to speak to our team again on 150 so they can see that order is showing on the account, and they can give you the order number.

The watch data plan that comes with full works plan, how the discount is being applied.
If I pair it with my Apple watch and get the data, will I not be charged?
