Changes in All rounder and Full works plan

Hello,

EE changed the benefits of the All-rounder and Full Works plans. They added something new and reduced some benefits. For example, you don't get 3 smart benefits in Full Works anymore.

For all rounder unlimited- A free watch plan and roaming in the EU  but as smart benefit only netflix basic with advert/google one 2TB.

For full works for Android- Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit netflix premium/ Google AI premium/TNT sports

For full works for iphone-  Free EU roaming and beyond with a watch plan and one smart benefit TNT sports/apple one.

Are these changes good?

I hope this change isn't for existing customers already with the 3 we paid for and rather new subscribers with appropriate reduced prices.

I think it does, unless someone can say otherwise.

Was looking at something different on my account and just happened to notice that it said I had 1 inclusive extra, not 3.

Will be checking this with EE, but can't be right that they have changed a major part of the contract half way through. They say that they are inclusive, but these plans cost more.

Hi @audimad.

Thanks for coming to the community.

You'd not see any change while you remain on your current plan, but if you renew when it is time to upgrade or change your plan during the contract, you'd then be choosing from the new range of plans and would have the choice of inclusive extras for the new plan.

Hi @SW44.

Thanks for coming to the community.

You shouldn't have seen any changes to the amount of inclusive extras if you have not made any changes to your plan. If you are only seeing the option to choose one now, I'd recommend speaking to our billing guides who can check the account to see what is showing for them.

You can see how to reach the team on our Contact Us page.

Thank you for clarification.  Do you know how I activate the game pass as an inclusive extra by any chance

You're welcome @audimad.

Have you already got the Xbox Game Pass selected as your Inclusive Extra? If you haven't, you can add it in your EE app or online account, or by texting PICK to 150.

If it is already in place, head over to the registration page and follow the steps to verify the account.

Michael

Hi, thanks for reply. I was going to clarify my situation. My plan has 3 inclusive extras, but I have only had 2 chosen for a while. I have always had the choice of adding a third, but when I checked last night the option wasn't there.

I have additional lines for my family and they have 3 chosen and seems ok.

Can you try texting PICK to 150 for me @SW44? That is an alternative way to add or change your inclusive extras.

Does anyone know what happens with these new plans if you’re intending to get a new iPhone 16 and a new Apple Watch 10 at the same time?

The new top end plans come with data for your watch included, so what happens if I add a new watch as well? Do I end up with an extra data plan I don’t need?

@Plymouthbloke1

The Data for your watch on the top tier plan is only activated when required.
If you purchase a watch deal it will come with it's own plan, and so the Free watch data (from top tier SIM)  can be linked to a previous watch to be passed to a family member.
Or if it doesn't need to be used the free watch data plan will simply remain spare
