Cannot see my inclusive extras

Hiya,

for some reason i cannot see my inclusive extras, if i try to view them from my EE app nothing loads and it says, 'something went wrong, please try again later' and if i try from  a web browers the page loads but nothing shows up on it. I'm going away in a week and hope to get it sorted before then because i'd like to change to the free EU roaming before then.

@ollyrneal  Try clearing your device cache/web browser history and cookies and try again.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hiya. 

unfortunately this didn’t work. I’ve tried on my phone, iPad and home PC. The iPad and phone just says something went wrong and the pc loads the pages but there’s no inclusive extras on it.
