Data roaming charges

I added a data roaming pass to my account for the 10th til 18th feb I was charged £10 for this on last months bill and have been charged £10’again this month. I had issues when I set this up as it didn’t work initially and I called to correct the problem 

could you please advise why I have been charged twice

Call ☎️ back ASAP when I’m uk 🇬🇧 … they don’t tell you this when you take it out🙃 will definitely 💯 getting a refund

I had the same issue. Roaming didn't work abroad, but EE refunded what was paid for the service.

I've tried to use Roaming abroad again and it didn't work again.

@Auredo   Did you have roaming activated on your account purchasing add ons doesn’t enable roaming.  

 @MRO52JESS21   It’s a monthly add on until you stop it.  You might go away for over a month what would happen if this stopped all of a sudden because it was only a 1 month purchase and not on going until you stopped it.     Your account your responsibility and it’s down to you to understand what your purchasing.
