I get told I am eligible, then when I try to activate I get error WB402. Long live chat with BT and they couldn't help. Any ideas?

Do you have TNT Sports showing as an active add-on in your My EE?
If so, has this been active since before 18th July?
Do you get this error when you set up using this link Activate discovery+ (bt.com)?

I have BT sport & had a notification that I need to change to TNT which I am trying to do,

It’s helpful if this workaround solves the problem for others as it did for me, however is anyone looking into why this process isn’t working on some mobile devices?

I can sign in ok, just when going to activate discovery it gives error.
