All Rounder iPhone Unlimited - when will I be able to access addons included

Hi,

I've ordered a new iPhone 15 Pro Max but can't seem to be able to track the order.  Appreciate lots of orders gone in and I've probably missed the slot for getting mine on 22nd but just wondered if I'll have to wait for the phone to arrive before I can access all the addons I signed up for within the All Rounder iPhone Unlimited bundle ?

Yes, you'll need to wait for your new plan to start before you can take advantage of your inclusive extras.

Ok - anyway I can get an update on my order, as don't seem to be able to get it through the App or website and had nothing else since the original email confirming the order.

@pmillar1970  You’ve got nothing yet to track the device hasn’t yet been released so you have no tracking information.  You get tracking once a device is allocated to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Ok thanks for the above about the new iPhone and I'll just keep waiting for the text from EE or DPD to let me know when that's arriving but I have now been moved onto the All Rounder iPhone Unlimited plan, so got a load of texts and as directed replied PICK to pick my select my Inclusive Extra, from the options replied SPORT to get the TNT Sports option but since then I've had nothing else back.   Will I get login details of somekind for TNT Sports/Discovery+, and maybe that takes some time ?

Hi @James_B ,

I still haven't recieved an activation text yet, and would like to get this setup in time for the weekend and the footy.

When I go into my EE page online, I can see the following but TNT Sports doesn't seem to be available to select.

Hi Paul, I have the same issue, should have Microsoft 365 and TNT Sport as options but not available. Customer support are looking at it for me, did you get it sorted in the end.
