I get told I am eligible, then when I try to activate I get error WB402. Long live chat with BT and they couldn't help. Any ideas?

Could you try another browser like Chrome or Firefox on a desktop or laptop computer, rather than activating on a mobile or tablet?
It is a right pain in the a*** - and it looks as if there are loads of people with the issue - pretty poor from EE/BT to be honest.
On my account I had already had a Discovery+ account via Sky, but because the EE deal was cheaper for TNT Sports, it allowed me to activate with a BT/EE subscription as well, using the same Discovery+ account details I registered with Sky.

So. The Champions League starts this week. And that's the point of having TNT Sports. It's why I pay for it. So, EE, you need to do something about this because it's not acceptable. I've spent hours and hours on the phone and researching this online. But it's not my job to get to the bottom of why your services don't work, is it? It's yours. So do it.

Exactly how I feel, at least I can watch it via BT sport app but that switches to Discovery on the 12th October so hope it gets sorted by then, o have also spent a lot of my time on the phone trying to sort this out, not good enough.

Customers need to activate their discovery+ subscription. Once that's done, you should be able to watch TNT Sports through the discovery+ app.
If you're still having problems, our Mobile Care team should be able to check everything from our side.

Yeah, Chris, maybe read the thread before you reply mate. The activation isn't working for me. Or most of the other people on here. And no one at EE has the first idea why.

Tried using another browser, tried being on WiFi, off WiFi. Tried on phone, tried on pc, none of it works.... WB402. Been using BT sport through EE for years, now its going to be denied because you are not sorting this issue!!
