Can't activate Discovery +

I get told I am eligible, then when I try to activate I get error WB402. Long live chat with BT and they couldn't help. Any ideas?

If you have access to a Windows computer it might be worth a try on that text link once more if you haven’t already as that is how mine finally relented. No joy on several iPhones or iPads which makes me wonder if that’s more than a coincidence with both being Apple products.

No problem - I’m glad mine is fixed but I’m really annoyed that others are still having to go through this hassle

It's already been investigated. And no one knew what the problem was. I was told to talk to BT. Who told me to talk to Discovery. Who told me to talk to EE.
