@Sarah_9982 : What are you trying to buy? As a new cust you can buy some things but not others.
If you want to order a mobile phone or SIM contract, don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.
