Just a query, but.... what has happened to the loyal customer discount?
I upgraded expecting the £10.00 discount to be applied. I am not too sure what is happening.
The price of the upgrade is now much more than I was expecting. The upgrade system and process is not very clear. I am dyslexic and find the process quite confusing at the best of times.
There is no support from EE, for customers with Dyslexia.

I had the same problem with EE stating that the loyalty discount was never an option. I am somewhat disappointed with EE as I am I migrated from T mobile customer for many years.

You get 14 days to cancel. Next time, use RWG mobile. They run on EE and are cheaper
