Can't remove paid add on

I can only select to remove "free" add-ons such as WiFi boost. There is no option to remove international minutes add-on inside the App. It says it expires on the 4th of November but will just be renewed on this date. The number using this add-on is my elderly father who is elsewhere so I can't text 150 on his behalf from my number. I put the add on onto his number through the app so why can't I remove it ?

Why is it easy to put these things on your account but impossible to remove without having to phone 150 and get fired at with offers and nonsense like that when just trying to do a simple task. Easy to take money, give people hurdles to take it back.
