I have recently swapped my inclusive addon to Britbox.  After 2 weeks and no notification on how to access it I contacted EE this evening.  I spent two hours messaging back and forth as it would not let me create a Britbox account with the link I was given.

After the 2 hours I was told it was a Britbox problem and to message them which I did to be told in less than 2 minutes that Britbox are no longer accepting the EE addon now they have merged with ITVX........................

Can I therefore ask why this is still being offered with my package when it is absolutely no use?

Welcome to the community.

Customers who had taken out a Smart Plan before 7th July 2021 should still be able to add Britbox as an inclusive extra. When did you start your plan?

Hi Chris

I started my phone contract in June 2021.  Britbox is refusing to add new accounts?
