Blank call of duty code

Hiya I’ve received the email for the beta code but the redeem code is blank so how am I able to receive the beta code if I don’t have the code

Hello James,

I’m having a  problem with my code as well. The code when copied & pasted from the email received is not working & coming up with this error. I can assure you we have not done the code incorrectly at all…
Is there any way that this can be rectified?

Could you try redeeming this on another device please? Also, please try when connected to, and not connected to, WiFi.
