BT Sport to TNT Switch - can not get PIN

Trying to sign in to the add on subscription to TNT (previously had BT Sport) tried going via ee.co.uk/TNTSport but when I enter the mobile number for the iPad that the subscription is through although the system recognizes the number I am not receiving a text/PIN number

If only it was that simple....because the TNT Sport subscription is via my iPad, which doesn't appear to be able to receive the SMS message with the single use PIN number the solution (from EE Technical support) is to take the sim card from the iPad, put it in to my phone and then sign in so it can receive the PIN number... this worked...twice...I got the PIN but then due a "Technical Issue" the sign in could go no further..... all seems a bit farcical to be honest.... why (**bleep**) have TNT Sport available through the iPad contract if I can not use that device to sign in to it.......

I've tried but it would appear 150 is to busy deal with my call and I've tried repeatedly over the last two days - spending at least 2 hours in queues listening to overly loud **bleep**e music on repeat I've also missed the rugby games I wanted to watch - thanks EE, you suck
