BT Sport - VC018 Error

I have had BT Sport as an add on for a number of years and had no issues. I recently changed phone to an A53 5G and now when watching the app I get a VC018 error and sometimes says it is not available in my region...I'm always in the UK when trying to watch and only services which should be available to me.
I've tried the BT diagnostics check and nothing helps and I've logged out/restarted numerous times but nothing works..
Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm getting the same error code. Recently got the A53 myself. I am however able to watch some live stuff. Just started today whilst trying to watch a Premier league game

I did try logging out and logging back in a couple of times. And the code persisted.

I purchased the phone from EE.
Im still having the same problems with watching live sport, very very frustrating 😑
