Trying to add TV bundle to broadband

Hi all, 

Been trying for a couple of weeks now to place an order for the Big Sport TV bundle (we already have EE broadband, but want to switch our TV provider to match). I choose the bundle and my extras, and then it asks me to enter an email address to be used with NOW TV. No matter if I use a new email address or an existing one, I get the below error message. I've tried the steps it suggests, on two different devices - phone and laptop. 

Any ideas please?

If you're struggling with this on a couple of different devices, I'd recommend giving our team a call so we can look into getting this ordered from our end. 

They'll be able to look over your account too, and make sure that there's nothing here that could be influencing the order going through.

What’s the best number to use

Welcome to the community.

If you already have broadband with EE, the best option would be to give our broadband team a call. You can reach them on 150 from an EE mobile or 03301231105 from any other phone.
