Esim and website issues

I have brought a new phone from you and the experience to set it up has been appalling. The constant emails that have told me to follow prompts to set up an Esim that isn't there. Then trying to access plans and subscriptions which always results in errors and saying that the service is unavailable. I cant register the phone as i cant put my new number into the website or app. The app not being a suitable as it has the same issues that persist from the website. I have tried clearing cache and cookies but there is no change. Everything i have tried results in the same outcome and there seems to be no solution for my problem.

Are you a new customer? If you are, then have you received the physical SIM card?
