Devise not linking to account

Hi 

Is anyone having a similar issue?  When trying to connect my device on the app so I can manage my account, view my bills etc it comes up with an error saying "trouble linking device". I have spoken to EE about this and keep being told there is a known issue which is being worked on.  In the mean time, I do not have access to the TNT sport add on (not that big a deal) but more importantly I cannot see my bill and have to call 150 every month to get this.  Whenever I call I am just told this is something they are working on with no end result in site so just wondering if anyone else has faced this issue

Hi, I have face exactly the same issue. I swapped from a personal account to a Business account and can't link my phone. When I ring I get told exactly the same thing. This has now been going on for two months. Very annoying.
