I signed up for the 'full works' contract and got a txt to tell me to activate Apple one.
It does not work as the iPhone tells me that my number is not able to be verified, I have spoken to 150, all they did was remove the add-on and then re-send me the txt.
I also spoke to Apple and they have said the problem is with EE.
I have tried signing out of iCloud and back in, no success.
Any tips?

Welcome to the community.
I am sorry that you are having trouble getting the Apple One benefit set up.
Can you try to see if you can connect from the text when connected to mobile data rather than WiFi?
Do you have a VPN connected at the moment? If you do, can you try to turn that off.
Can you also switch off iCloud Private Relay under Settings > Apple ID > iCloud Private Relay?

No VPN, no iCloud private relay, switching to mobile data does not work.

Thanks for giving those steps a try for us @Noappleone.
If possible can you please try using a different browser like Chrome to open the verification link, and let me know if this gives the same error?
