My NHS Perks is saying it's been deactivated as not done in time, how can  I reactivate it please

Hi Katie, I have posted a question, having problems logging in to my perks account, keeps saying invalid & not receiving email to reset password 

please help, not sure what to do, seems like a lot of people having the same problem
