EE Perk Codes Question

Hi,

I have used up all my 5 Perk discount codes. When do I get new codes again? I read that the perk codes reset each calendar year. What does that mean? Does that mean on the 01/01/2025 I will get 5 new codes again or a year from the date I requested my first code?

The Calendar year refers to the 1st of January through to the 31st of December each year.

I'm going to double check this with our Perk team so we can be 100% sure on this though.

Hey again @SammyxVine90, thanks for your patience here. 

I've had confirmation back from our Perk team, and you do get 5 new codes per year to use.

These are one a by-number basis so you will need to provide a code each if you're adding to several numbers on the same account.

I just want to know what date will I get the 5 new perk codes as I have used all of mine up.

Will it be on January 1st or is it different for each customer?

I've checked what you asked specifically here, and they confirmed that the renewal of codes is based on the date that  you initially registered for a Perk account rather than the turn of the year itself. 

You do get all five codes at this point though 😊
