Change add ons

The app will not let me change add ons so I’ve wasting money now over a month. It’s stuck on the roaming one but I want to change it back asap. This company has been awful since I moved over to it

When did you last change becase you can only change add-ons once a month. 

Try the EE online or text pick to 150

I already pay each month for flexible add ons but the app constantly has issues and now won’t let me change add on. I want it back on Apple Music. I also just want the app to work properly so I can change it each month like I’m suppose to be able to.

It doesn’t even let you go into it and it’s already over the month. I’ve sent an image of what always happens. It’s an issue with your app

Could you try one of the other ways to change your extra, @DarrenLinton?

You can change it on the EE Online desktop site or by texting PICK to 150.
