Just joined EEtv and in 'My Orders' email it says 'Activate Apple TV+' and has 'free six months' listed in the tv extras.
But clicking on the activate link takes me to my 'TV and Sport' plan details - but there is no mention of Apple TV+'
Have tried the website and EEtv app - but neither has any mention of Apple TV+ which is listed in the order.
Any ideas what to do?

If you log into the EE app directly and selection the section for your TV and Sport, is there nothing like this linked in 'Your Extras'?
If it's not, what options can you see?

Yes - I see it there now - I'm sure it wasn't yesterday - but that was also the activation date so perhaps I was looking too soon.
My next question is 'Discovery+' activation.
I transferred over from BT and my Discovery+ is still running. Does that just carry over with EE?

It is currently - it has always said BB/EE managed so maybe it will just continue

So pressing the 'activate appleTV+' button in the EE app would only produce 'an error has occured' message.
Calls CS who said it had to be activated via a text link which I never received.
They sent one and it all works now.
The EE App still says to press to activate.
