Hi. Upgraded phone with Apple one+ including free Apple Music. Not received text yet from Apple Music (been 2 days). Set up in EE app and lost all my family sharing accounts. Had to replay Apple Music. Can’t access benefit as Apple says EE haven’t given me the benefit 🙈 Any advice?

Thanks but I’ll go into the EE shop on Sat as phone hasn’t synced. I’ve lost my passwords and cards, blocked from accessing work emails and files, and my daughter’s iCloud account has stopped working. Something isn’t quite right with the new phone. Caused a lot of stress this week and I’m overpaying.

The store will certainly be able to have a look at the phone for you @Mags51, but if they do need to speak to our technical team, they'll put you in touch with them from the store.
