HI,
I've just upgraded to the full works sim plan and I've been 3 days trying to activate my apple music benefit, however the link that has been sent just takes me straight to the app and doesn't actually activate anything with apple to let them know I have this free plan, all the link does it open apple music and then doesn't do anything, I called up and they did a network refresh, this hasn't worked, I have made a new apple account just incase something on my old account was stopping it, nothing, I don't get an error or anything, just nothing happens at all when I click it.

Was this an Inclusive Extra or a free six months offer?
If you remove the free offer add-on this would no longer show as an option. To get this looked into, please call us on 150 and the team will see if they can set this back up for you.

I still have the some problem in today
apple music show ‘no subscription through network providerl
and I call EE tech team remove and add again, but it still can’t work.
even turn off WiFi, shut down and restart phone, delete and download Apple Music again.
I found lots of some questions in community, and the question still existing.

Did you receive a text confirming the benefit?
Have you ever had 6 months free with EE before?
Does the benefit show active in your EE account?

Sorry for that i want to find some place to complaint, cause that not 6 free, it’s inclusive extra I paid for that, and it can’t work.
many similar problem occur EE should give details solution list, not like this we find answers in web.
I do receive text link to apple/ee/welcome and it show active.

This doesn’t work. I just remove 6mp th Apple Music from my EE account and now it’s not free available on EE anymore.
should specify in your answer that people still have to call in and shouldn’t remove it by themselves.
