One of my add ons is a media package, so this month I’ve switched my Apple Music to bt sport or now it’s called tnt sports, it won’t work, it keeps telling I need to upgrade from a lite pack, can someone please help me, it’s very annoying and I want to watch the football tomorrow afternoon. Just to add I’m not watching it in the tv or casting it, it is just on my phone. I’ve also logged out and logged back in, I’ve also logged back into my ee account to make sure that’s the package I’ve picked, all that is good , just don’t know what else to do. Please help!

Hi james, I have tried to activate it, and I’m just going round in circles, I’ve gone back onto the bt sport app, it says i don’t have an active tnt account, so I’ve gone onto discovery+ , onto the sport, signed in, then it’s asking me to upgrade to watch the football, so I click on activate discovery+ sport , then activate my account, and then back to where I was at the beginning, just rang support and they were no help, I’ve got to get in touch with discovery+ myself, can you shed some light on this at all, crazy I’m paying for something I can’t use.

Sorry James I Can’t believe that comment…you only have to search through the EE forums to see that there is a problem logging into tnt
can you please look into it and actually try and help people that can’t log in? I’d be interested to know as I too cannot log into tnt!!!!

You need to activate your TNT Sports subscription through this discovery+ activation page. You should then be able to log into the discovery+ app to watch TNT Sports.
If you have done that and you're still having problems, I'd recommend speaking to our Technical Support team so they can check everything from our end for you.

Yer I’ve try to activate it about 10 times, the technical support team knew less than I did, there is a lack of understanding from technical support, the language barrier makes it 10 times worse, anyone reading this my advice is go to your nearest EE shop and get it sorted in store, that’s what I’ve had to do today, 1 hour 30 mins round trip, the guy fixed it in about 5 minutes, he also admitted there is an issue and it will hopefully get better and will fix the issue. Technical support had me emailing discovery+ to try and sort it, 7 days to fix it, like I said go into the store, very helpful.
