problem with upgrading mobile

i am part of openreach and currently using 50% colleague discount on my mobile bill. the contract runs out today 14.09.24. it says im ready for an upgrade but as soon as i click, it says we are unable to do so at this time. im still wanting to use to colleague discount.

If you are unable to proceed I would recommend speaking with your HR team. 

We have no access to employee accounts or the work portal.
