Another Disgruntled Customer Who Can't Switch To TNT Sports

I'm unable to switch and despite following the activate link am prompted to buy a TNT sports pass to watch anything. I've spoke to EE who were unable to do anything, claiming that everything looked ok from their end. I've been on a chat with TNT (Discovery+ ?) who don't appear to employ any real people as it's all chatbots (ask them in  the chat a random question like who is the prime minister 🙂 ). The answer from them was to go back to EE.

Totally fed up with it now having spent far too long on the phone and forums looking for possible solutions.

Can I cancel my contract due to not being able to access TNT sport ?

Yes, definitely, @davel8r. I did it myself on my personal account too. It sounds to me that there's something stopping it from going through, but we don't have access to check it here in the community.

I have this exact same issue. Been trying to sort it since I received the text message to transfer over to TNT. Quite frustrating when you want to use TNT but can't get access even though it's a 'perk' 🙄

I also have this issue. Using the link I had sent by EE it says there's nothing to activate after entering the pin. Been in touch with EE who claim everything should be working fine. This needs sorting or it's getting cancelled

Spoke to EE and the only thing left to try is to delete my discovery+ account. I have spoke to their live chat but they said his could take 10 days. After that I'll ring EE again and try to set everything up from scratch. If this doesn't work then I've exhausted all the options

Hi,

An update for anyone following this.

I tried to log into bt sports app tonight and it said I didn't have an active subscription. I checked my EE phone account and it showed the smart add on as TNT Sports. I tried logging in with my BT id but there was no subscription. I then logged in with my EE account credentials and I now have TNT sports to watch.

I received no communication from EE about this update

Not happy about the way it's been handled and certainly not happy about having to figure out which ID to use to log in !

Anyway, all is good and I look fwd to Bayern Munich spanking Man Utd 🙂

I've been having the same issue and tried everything to resolve and still being told to contact provider to watch content. Surely EE would have been aware of any issues with the switch and offer full support for their customers. If they won't let you cancel your contract will they refund the add on cost and back date it as I wouldn't of chosen any other add on
